Obama zbulon foto të dhomave private në Shtëpinë e Bardhë

Presidenti Barack Obama e pëlqen ta thotë se Shtëpia e Bardhë është “Shtëpia e Popullit”.

Dhe tani, njerëzit mund t’i hedhin një sy dhomave ku ai jeton.

Foto ekskluzive janë publikuar nga Architectural Digest dhe me këtë rast po u jepet një vështrim zonave private në katin e dytë të Shtëpisë së Bardhë, ku Obama, bashkëshortja e tij, Michelle, vajzat Malia dhe Sasha dhe qentë e shtëpisë, Bo dhe Sunny e kanë quajtur shtëpi për 8 vjet.

Projektuesi i shtëpive në brendësi Michael Smith dekoroi dhomat ashtu si dhe Zyrën Ovale.

Zonja e Parë ishte e kënaqur me punën e Michael duke thënë se ai ka nxjerrë në pah shijet e familjes ndërkohë duke respektuar historinë e Shtëpisë së Bardhë.

This antique Denis-Louis Ancellet desk is where the 1978 Camp David peace accords were signed. On top of the desk is a hardcover copy of the script from the musical HamiltonA work from the impressionist landscape painter Daniel Garber hangs in the Yellow Oval Room. Garber was born in Indiana in 1880 and known for his landscape paintings, passing away in 1958. A still life of two lemons, a lime and and a peach along with one of two glasses also hangs in the roomA work from the pop-art painter Robert Rauschenberg, Early Bloomer, hangs in the dining room . This was just the fourth piece of contemporary artwork to join the White House collection.  Rauschenberg was born in Texas in 1925 anbd one of the original painters of pop art, passing away in 2008.A work from African-American Expressionist painter Alma Thomas  that was painted in 1966 entitled Resurrection also hangs in the dining room. She is the first African-American woman to have her work hung in the White House. Thomas was born in Georgia in 1891 and passed away in 1979, with most of her most famous works being painted in the finale two decades of her life.The tea services from the 1939 World's Fair is also on display in the Old Family Dining RoomThe pictorial weaving Black, White, and Gray by Anni Albers has been adapted for the rug in the roomThe Obamas put a large collection of more modern works on display in the past eight yearsFramed family photos sit next to one of Obama's Grammy awards A look at the mantle, which holds fresh-cut flowers, a personalized football  and a giant plate with the likeness of Abraham Lincoln, who like Obama was from Illinois George Catlin scenes of Native American life hang on the walls over some of Obama's memorabilia. Catlin was borin Pennsylvania in 1796 and spent most of his life travelling and painting Native America scenes. Obama's uses the Treaty Room's namesake table (above), which has been in the White House since 1869, as a desk when he is in the roomPropped up against the wall in the Treaty Room is a photograph of Muhammad Ali taken by Neil Leifer as he chopped wood at his cabin in Deer Lake and a flag representing the first 13 colonies
