Për t’i bërë ballë tërmetit në raste emergjente duhen marrë masat.

Dhe për këtë arsye Këshilli për Menaxhimin dhe Reduktimin e Katastrofave Kombëtare (NDRRMC)  po kryen disa prova stimuluese për shpëtimin e njerëzve në rast tërmeti.

Në pamje duket një ‘viktimë’ të cilin e ulin nga një ndërtesë në qytetin Binan, në jug të Filipineve.

Këshilli e ndërmori këtë nismë për të përgatitur banorët për një tërmet të mundshëm që mund të vrasë mijëra persona dhe të lërë pa shtëpi miliona të tjerë.

Filipinet janë të pozicionuara në një zonë sizmike të rrezikshme në të ashtuquajturën “Unaza Paqësore e Zjarrit”
